		<description>I know this is a very late comment, but thought i would give you a tip on painting cotton wool. you don&#039;t, what you do is you dip it. get the colors you want, grey, black red, dip three different piles on cotton wool into them. Leave to dry then tomorrow you have three dry piles of red, grey and black cotton wool. you can then work with it as normal, mixing the colors as you see fit. but i must say, i do like the flock technique and will be trying it out my self from now on.</description>
